Our Telephone / Email Support can provide you with the reassurance that our HR expertise is at the end of telephone line or email, if you have an HR matter that can, and needs to be, resolved quickly (we deem ‘quickly’ as anything we can resolve within 24 hours of you first contacting us). It also reduces the need for expensive HR Consultancy costs or having an in-house HR function for simple queries or issues.

Seminars

Our Seminar service is an effective means of providing your employees with the tools to undertake aspects of their role more effectively and provide them with a better understanding of the HR issues related to their work.

Our one or two hour seminars are tailored to your business needs, and are designed and delivered to include topic(s) of your choice. These can be delivered either at your premises or at a neutral venue.

As part of this service we will:

  1. Consult with you on which areas of employment law and HR best practice (see list below) you would like covered in a seminar(s)
  2. Design a programme for the seminar(s)
  3. Administer the seminars (incl. venue logistics)
  4. Deliver a one or two hour interactive seminar(s) on topic(s) of your choice. A question and answer element will be built into the seminar(s) at the end of each session.
  5. Provide a hand-out pack to each attendee (incl. folder with topic inserts, memory stick with seminar on, feedback forms)
  6. Provide attendee feedback to clients

* For seminars for more than six people please add £20 per additional person for a 1 hour seminar, and £35 per additional person for a 2 hour seminar. Please also add any venue costs.

Psychometric Testing

Our psychometric testing service can provide support in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring you have the information to recruit the best candidate for the role you are recruiting for. It can also be an invaluable tool developing the people within your company, to ensure there is the expertise to meet the needs of your business.

We will work with you to provide a range of personality profiling and ability tests and reports that help develop your people and business. As a qualified and accredited practitioner we can effectively interpret the results of these tests.

Our Bespoke Documentation service can provide you with legally compliant and up to date documentation that is relevant to your business.

* This includes employment costs, which incorporates employee holiday provision (assuming this is the statutory minimum of 28 days per year), employers national insurance and a BWA People management charge.
