We can provide bespoke workshops on HR related topic(s) for your business and it’s people, working with you to tailor workshop(s) which meet the HR training needs of the organisation. They can be provided as a standalone service or as part of an HR Support package. The workshops are delivered in a practical and interactive format in a manner that is accessible to the participants and relevant to your business.

Workshops could provide your managers with the tools and knowledge to implement a new performance appraisal process, or how to manage a redundancy process fairly and effectively or even a discrimination awareness workshop for all your staff.

  • Design a programme for the workshop(s)
  • Administer the workshop(s) (incl. venue logistics)
  • Provide a hand-out pack to each attendee
  • Deliver a one hour, two hour, half day or full day interactive workshop(s) on topic(s) of your choice
  • Provide attendee feedback to clients
